The Party Goers Guide to Sticking to a Diet
Never arrive at a party starving, you’ll head straight to the food table and you’ll find it hard to leave. Instead have a piece of fruit or vegetable sticks before you arrive. Having food in your stomach will also help if you’re drinking alcohol. Dips crackers, chips and nuts are all hard to resist but can be very high in kilojoules. Sit away from the food table you are less likely to get up and walk across the room to get more food in front of people. Instead get up and dance burn fat while having fun.

Encourage guests to take leftovers home; this will prevent eating not so good party food for days to come. If at a restaurant order chips for the table and share a bowl. Order without salt and add your own. Share a dessert its nice to have a treat and a great way to finish a meal sharing something with someone you love. If ordering alcohol opt for a half wine half soda water its less kilojoules but want blow the diet. Ask for a diet mixer that has a lot less kilojoules than regular soft drink. Practice portion control; have two entrees it will give you a taste of two dishes without being too much too eat.
When having takeaway don’t up size it may seem cheap but its not cheap if your going to have too diet longer to burn the excess fat from a large chips instead of a small.
By following these simple tips you will have a great time at the party but wont wake in the morning 2 kilos heavier and thinking to yourself Why did I eat and drink so much last night?
